Trust & Compliance

Built for care managers. Audited like an airline kitchen.

Every meal is produced under the same food-safety regime used by Australian airlines, hospitals, and aged-care providers. That's why care managers across the country trust us with their participants.

HACCP-Approved Commercial Kitchen

Independently audited Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan covering receiving, cook, cool, hold, and dispatch. Documented daily checks, batch traceability, and corrective-action logs.

Airline-Grade Food Safety

Calibrated cook temperatures (≥75°C core), rapid blast-chill (≤4°C within 2 hours), 0–4°C cold-chain delivery, and FSANZ-compliant allergen labelling on every meal.

Halal-Certified, Allergen-Aware

Halal-certified meats from Australian suppliers, segregated prep zones, no pork or alcohol on the premises, and clearly labelled gluten-free, vegetarian, and low-sodium options.

Section 3 · The transition

Home Care Package to Support at Home — what actually changed on 1 July 2025.

Your funding didn't disappear

Existing HCP recipients moved across automatically. Your package level, budget and unspent funds carried over — the program name changed, the money didn't.

Meals stayed eligible

Nutrition and meal delivery are explicitly funded under Support at Home service categories. Our 30 / 70 split is unchanged.

Your provider still bills us

We invoice your registered Support at Home provider for the 70% — no new paperwork on your side, no re-registration.

Section 4 · Nutrition principles

Built for older-adult nutrition — not adapted from a mass-market menu.

Every meal on the Support at Home menu is designed against four evidence-based principles our chefs and nutrition team work to.

  • Protein at every meal

Older adults lose muscle faster — every main we ship carries 20g+ protein, sized for one adult serve.

  • Sodium under control

House-cooked sauces let us keep sodium below 600mg per serve on most dishes — well under the 920mg supermarket benchmark.

  • Real fibre, real vegetables

Dals, spinach, cauliflower and lentils are cooked into the dish — not served as an afterthought side.

  • Softer textures where it matters

Slow-cooked meats and pulses suit sensitive teeth and swallowing. Nothing is deep-fried on the tray.

Section 5 · Who Support at Home meals suit

Not everyone needs the same thing from a meal.

Seniors living independently

One-person portions, minimal prep, fridge-life that survives a fortnightly shop. Chef-cooked flavour so eating stays a highlight of the day.

Recovering from illness or surgery

Higher-protein options, softer textures and low-effort reheat. Family or a carer can order on your behalf while you focus on recovery.

Multicultural households

Halal-certified, vegetarian and authentic South-Asian cuisine — because familiar flavour is part of a good meal for older Australians from every background.

Section 6 · Where we deliver

Support at Home meal delivery across Australia.

Chilled, next-day cold-chain to major metro postcodes, plus regional coverage through our courier network.

Section 7 · Providers we work with

500+ registered Support at Home providers — including yours.

We can invoice any registered Support at Home provider in Australia. Some of the largest already have us on file — new providers are onboarded within 2 business days.

Provider not listed? Register below and our team will contact them directly — no paperwork on your side.
